What is Hakomi?
Hakomi is a therapeutic method created by Ron Kurtz that helps us better understand our relationship to ourselves and others. It is a gentle and respectful approach used to explore, discover and understand automatic and unconscious habits and beliefs. This new information often allows us to respond differently with new choices and more freedom.

14th 15th 16th of September With Hersh Gottheil and Danielle Laferrière
First of three workshop for the level 1 to develop our reation with ourself and others in Loving Presence.
St-Sauveur, $375 for the 3 days.

19th and 20th of October With Hersh Gottheil and Danielle Laferrière
two days Training level 3 for therapists who already have a base in Hakomi.Teaching, experiential exercises and practice.
From 10h to 18h at 1769 ch. Kilpatrick, St-Sauveur.
